About Me
Hi there! My name is Sarah Oelking and I am a Marketing Operations professional based in Houston, Texas.
My passion at work is centered around making processes more efficient and functional: essentially finding the BEST possible way to run a platform in relation to business needs. I am a motivated and driven individual, always open to new challenges.
My role is pivotal in strategically implementing automation and optimizing processes within our department. I leverage technology and data-driven insights to streamline our workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across various systems. My focus is on driving the success of our marketing campaigns by harnessing automation tools and continually refining processes to maximize overall effectiveness and ROI.
I also spearhead cross-functional projects to enhance the customer experience, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop customer journey maps and touchpoints, and lead the development and execution of a data management strategy that ensures data quality, integrity, and compliance.
